TEXT: MATTHEW 9:35-38
TOPIC: NEED FOR MORE GOSPEL WORKERS
One ministry that is very important to Christ is that of reconciliation. Christ saw crowds still following Him and had compassion on them (vs. 36).
He had compassion because the people had no hope. That called for additional workers. Even today, the harvest is still plenteous, but the workers are few.
We need genuine men of God who will respond like Christ to the crowd.
God is not looking for our ability but our availability as faithful workers. Let us therefore obey His instruction in verse 38.
We should continue to pray for the Lord to send out workers into His harvest fields to meet the spiritual, physical or material needs of people who are harassed and are living without hope in Nigeria and other nations of the world.
