It is amazing how the document was detailed. Because King Cyrus knew that the God of Israel is very powerful, he called for prayers for his well-being and that of his family members.
He equally declared the penalty for anyone found standing against the decree in verses 1-12.
We have the truth, so we should not toy with it.
QUESTION
Why is it necessary to stand for the truth?
PRAYER
Father, it is always very hard to stand for the truth. Give me the boldness to know that it always prevails at the end, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
